Proposition 2: Agility is a variable. Holds for both delivery and project management.
Proposition 3: Depending on the situation, delivery mode is a binary choice: either predictive or agile, or hybrid.
Predictive delivery in combination with traditional management is an option, but HybridP3M advocates agile delivery, depending on project type.
